Beach Trip

We had SO much fun at the beach April 17th weekend. Kellyn was only 7 months old when we last visited the beach. That trip it was just too cold to enjoy the sand. So this trip Kellyn got to enjoy it and boy did she ever! It was truly wonderful watching her enjoy the sand in her toes and the waves crashing into her legs. She even loved the birds flying over us! Al told her to catch one of the birds which was a huge mistake! She took off and we finally realized she wasn't coming back so we had to run out after her to catch her!!

We stayed at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. That is one of my very favorite places to stay. The food and shops are so fun and convenient! I wish we were there now! We visited the toy shop and out of every thing in the store she had to have 2 plush horses. I guess having around 100 horses just isn't enough so she had to have a few more! Here's a shot of her chilln' with her new friends.
Check out Max and the GIANT whelp on her forehead! We have no idea how this happened or what happened but it happened. We thought it was an allergic reaction to something, but we have no idea. We also thought she might have been biten by something. We have no idea! She never complained. She still has a dry patch and a little bump left on her forehead. So weird!

We got to Sandestin Thursday night and finally made it to the beach on Saturday. Kellyn is putting her feet in the water for the first time.

She was just SO happy!! Al and I had permanent smiles on our faces the entire day just from watching Kbell enjoy herself!

A little chilly but not too bad!

Look at her little shadow. I just love this picture! It's so cute of her little short self!

Time to play in the sand. My word was it everywhere!

At times she felt it was necessary to move sand away from our area. She would load up her shovel..........

And deposit it elsewhere!

She even enjoyed swimming in the sand. And of course she ate quite a bit too!

She especially loved being buried in the sand. She just laughed and laughed. When I dug her out she got mad so I had to do it again!

Easter Sunday

OOOH Goodies from the Easter bunny!!!

My little Easter bunny!

The Easter bunny was so smart to put a battery operated bubble blower in her basket. The girl CAN NOT blow bubbles with a wand. She puts her lips on the wand and ends up eating the soapy mixture! YUCK!

SUPER CHEESE!!!!

Beautiful sweet hearts on Easter morning!

I Absolutely love this picture of Kellyn. She looks like a cuddly little mouse! ha!

Silly little thing!

I just love this picture of the two of them! I love my girls SOO much!

Kellyn is ALWAYS in hog heaven when Sissy is around....and so are Al and I!

Random shots of my angel

In the middle of dinner one night, Kellyn asked me to take her picture with her unicorn purse the Easter bunny brought her. So I did!

She's telling me enough already! Little bossy thing!

Kbell passed out on my bed. When Daddy is away Kellyn gets to sleep with Mommy. She sleeps...but I don't! She's a bed hog!

Easter Egg Hunt at the Club

Super tan Sissy and Kellyn! I wish Ariane lived at home! Kellyn LOVES her big sissy and misses her like crazy!

Ariane helping Kellyn find some eggs. The club was having an Easter egg hunt / brunch the day before Easter. It rained that morning so they had to move it inside.

Kellyn enjoying all the chocolate she received inside her eggs!

Kellyn LOVED the Easter bunny! She chased him around so she could hug him a thousand times. Kinley, Alex, Ryan and Cason are a few of her favorite friends.

Helping Daddy

Kellyn Cooper helping her Daddy rake the leaves. Of course I am SO late on posting these pics...the grass is green now!

I can do it too! Daddy bought her a special little rake.

Ok...I've spotted Mommy...I'm OUTTA here!

Fun time with Daddy!

Daddy was super sweet and made Kellyn a place to swing. She LOVES it!

She giggles and laughs the entire time you push her in a swing. She is so funny (when she's not whining!)

Thank you Daddy!!!!

Kellyn and Daddy flying a kite. Kellyn did pretty good until she decided she was done and just let go of the handle.

Serious kite flyer here! Yes that is my jacket she is wearing. It was chilly Sat afternoon and she refused to let me go get her jacket. I took mine off and made her wear it!

Check me out Mom! I'm doing it!
