Photography Fun with my girls

For those that don't get on facebook..here are the pics I took of the girls a few weeks ago. Trying to slowly get into photography. The magic happens post processing, but I am new at photoshop so it's taking me forever to edit photos! The above picture of Ariane was taken with a bad lens. I wish I would have had the nice glass on but I was in a hurry so couldnt change out the lens. She still looks beautiful though :-)

Kellyn asked me if she could play with my makeup. I thought I would be brave and let her do mine. I had about an inch think makeup caked on my face but I sure had a TON of fun listening to her give me directions. Kellyn- Ok Mommy close your eyes. Ok that's good. Ok turn your head this way...no no no...that way. Ok good Mommy. Oh you look beautiful Mommy. hahaha! Loved our makeup session! Can't wait for another!

I bought Kellyn a few leotards for gymnastics and because we ended up not taking a gymnastics class they are now for her to play with. She preferred cheernastics. She wants to be just like sissy! She is ALWAYS playing in my shoes!

Birthday Party-part 2

Kellyn had such an amazing birthday party at A Play Place. She played so hard with her friends! It was so rewarding to watch her giant smiles!

Aunt Amy drove in from Arkansas and TOTALLY surprised us! I have such a true, wonderful and amazing friend. Kellyn is blessed to have her as an Aunt :-)

The goods which we did not have time to open at the party. The kids were having too much fun playing.

Amy ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS wraps every gift so beautifully! I had to have a shot of the wrapping. Amy is also the best gift giver! She gets the most useful neat things! She actually thinks about gifts. I panic and run to a store and grab something and regret that I bought it.

VERY excited about her singing jewelry Aunt Jenny bought. Aunt Jenny is another angel that thinks about gifts. Kellyn LOVED her jewelry and her blinged out cell phone she bought her.

Just chillin'. Dialin' up some friends. She is ready to hit the town in her cool shades and hot jewelry. Oh and her iphone as she calls it.

Almost bed time. What a fun-filled exciting day for Kellyn! We ended the night with a balloon parade. All grabbed a balloon and marched around the house :-)

Happy Birthday-part 1

Papa and Dede and Mammaw and Grandaddy came to town to help Kellyn celebrate her 3rd birthday. Kellyn's first play victim was Papa. They went shopping. Kellyn is pushing the babies and Papa is holding the purse which he so carefully hid from the camera! He even wore jewelry that Kellyn provided :-)

Mammaw let Kellyn open her birthday present a day early. Missing in all these pictures is the hot pink Mustang Kellyn received from her grandparents and Mommy and Daddy. We ordered it early so she could spend most of the summer driving it. That plan didn't work. She doesn't like it! She is terrified of the thing!

More cars! She LOVES the Car movie and has almost every character in the movie. She wanted a Cars birthday party but I sort of talked her into a Princess party :-)

Thanking sweet Mammaw for her birthday gift. She got colors, markers, paper and coloring books. Perfect for our little artist!

Her actual birthay..Sunday, August 22. I can't believe my little peanut is now 3! It's so exciting and so depressing at the same time. She is SO much fun and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect little angel! I could honestly write a novel here, however, it has taken me 2 months to post on the blog so I better keep moving. :-)

Little squinkies from Papa and Dede. They are the tiniest little critters and so cute! Last night we had a squinkie parade on her t.v. stand. Polly Pocket even came over and watched :-)

My daughters turning into quite the little entertainer these days. It was only fitting that Daddy and I get her a new microphone for all her concerts!
