Birthday Party-part 2

Kellyn had such an amazing birthday party at A Play Place. She played so hard with her friends! It was so rewarding to watch her giant smiles!

Aunt Amy drove in from Arkansas and TOTALLY surprised us! I have such a true, wonderful and amazing friend. Kellyn is blessed to have her as an Aunt :-)

The goods which we did not have time to open at the party. The kids were having too much fun playing.

Happy 3rd Birthday my sweet angel! Who's mother put in 6 candles for your 3rd birthday??? Oops.

Maybe more of her wishes will come true! hahaha

I bet she went down this slide 100 times! Pure happiness!

Hanging out with one of her little best friends, Brianna.

Faster, Faster!!!

Kellyn, Aubrie, Brianna and Braelyn. Such cuties!!!
Her best friends, minus Janie. Janie was at the beach and was not able to attend her party.

Trying to get a group shot. Never really got the perfect shot, but little Cal in the front makes this shot perfect. Double Peace..that's his thing these days. Just keepin' it real you know :-)

Eating the giveaways...just too cute!

Amy ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS wraps every gift so beautifully! I had to have a shot of the wrapping. Amy is also the best gift giver! She gets the most useful neat things! She actually thinks about gifts. I panic and run to a store and grab something and regret that I bought it.

A club house full of pets! Perfect for Polly Pocket to visit and adopt some animals :-)

VERY excited about her singing jewelry Aunt Jenny bought. Aunt Jenny is another angel that thinks about gifts. Kellyn LOVED her jewelry and her blinged out cell phone she bought her.

Tinkerbell beauty shop supplies. Kellyn loves the blow dryer that sounds so real!

Just chillin'. Dialin' up some friends. She is ready to hit the town in her cool shades and hot jewelry. Oh and her iphone as she calls it.

Almost bed time. What a fun-filled exciting day for Kellyn! We ended the night with a balloon parade. All grabbed a balloon and marched around the house :-)

Happy Birthday-part 1

Papa and Dede and Mammaw and Grandaddy came to town to help Kellyn celebrate her 3rd birthday. Kellyn's first play victim was Papa. They went shopping. Kellyn is pushing the babies and Papa is holding the purse which he so carefully hid from the camera! He even wore jewelry that Kellyn provided :-)

Mammaw let Kellyn open her birthday present a day early. Missing in all these pictures is the hot pink Mustang Kellyn received from her grandparents and Mommy and Daddy. We ordered it early so she could spend most of the summer driving it. That plan didn't work. She doesn't like it! She is terrified of the thing!

More cars! She LOVES the Car movie and has almost every character in the movie. She wanted a Cars birthday party but I sort of talked her into a Princess party :-)

Thanking sweet Mammaw for her birthday gift. She got colors, markers, paper and coloring books. Perfect for our little artist!

Kellyn (I'm sure) trying to talk Grandaddy into wearing some of her jewelry!

Kellyn playing Dr. with Mammaw. I think Mammaw was just perfect...and she really is! She will drop anything and everything to play with Kellyn. Mammaw let Kellyn boss her around the entire visit.

Her actual birthay..Sunday, August 22. I can't believe my little peanut is now 3! It's so exciting and so depressing at the same time. She is SO much fun and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect little angel! I could honestly write a novel here, however, it has taken me 2 months to post on the blog so I better keep moving. :-)

Little squinkies from Papa and Dede. They are the tiniest little critters and so cute! Last night we had a squinkie parade on her t.v. stand. Polly Pocket even came over and watched :-)

My daughters turning into quite the little entertainer these days. It was only fitting that Daddy and I get her a new microphone for all her concerts!

Time for a fast photoshoot before we head to Kellyn's bday party.

My silly little turkey! Oh how I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gymnastics Trial

Get Ready..................................

To fly like Tinkerbell!!!
We tried out a night of gymnastics last week and Kellyn really loved it! She didn't like waiting her turn but she loved walking on the balance beam and doing forward rolls. It was so fun to watch her get so excited about everything. Not sure if we'll continue at the gym. We are going to try a few before we make a permanent decision.

Trip to the Zoo

I think the sun was in her eyes...LOL!

Kellyn was extremely impressed with the giant turtle.

Kellyn watched a little boy sit on the steps and pout. So Kellyn had to mimic him.

Peeking through to see all the "Marty's" aka...Zebras.

The absolute best part of the zoo was the carousel. She giggled and waved and giggled and waved. It was hilarious.

She loved the petting zoo and thought all the goats and sheep were just so cute.

Her favorite little animal was the pony. She is obsessed with horses. She really wanted to pet him but he didn't want to stop eating.

Had to take pictures of my favorite animals!

This alligator was huge! I couldn't believe it was out of the water. It was about 13-15 feet long. Kellyn was impressed with his size.

I was told to take a picture of this kangaroo. Kellyn is the boss of me. hahaha

I tried so hard to get a decent picture of her while we were at the zoo. This is the best shot. Little turkey will not cooperate!

A few random photos

Daddy returning from his fishing tournament. He was gone for 3 days. Kellyn was SUPER excited that he was home.

My silly little girl wearing Daddy's hat.

Kellyn was hiding from me....so she thought. LOL! She cracks me up. She hides right out in the open!

This picture was taken by one of Kellyn's teachers as part of my Mothers Day gift. I just love it and had to share.

She has been in the Explorer classroom for almost a year. The teachers took weekly pictures and posted them on a website for all the parents to view. I just loved being able to see Kellyn and her friends in action. Kellyn moved up to a new class today because she is completely potty trained. I am SO proud of her but super sad because this class doesn't post pictures on a website :-(
